I really enjoyed the positive attitude of all the instructors and their ability to challenge but not injure the people in the class, respecting the different limitations of all in the class but also getting participants beyond their limitations. Don’t lose this as it is not easy to find at other CrossFit locations.

I love the diversity of the classes. I haven’t completed the same workout twice. The energy of the instructors is contagious and it’s overall a fun and enjoyable experience. The environment is motivating and comfortable for all ability levels. I also enjoy the intimate involvement of having the instructor correcting technique, advising alternatives, and encouraging the class.
