This is the weekly schedule for CrossFit and our other Group Fitness offerings. Classes may change due to weather, trainer availability, or holidays. Please call if you are unsure of a class time/date 647-352-2348 or send an email to booking@crossfiteglinton.ca.

Most classes are limited to 10 people in order to maximize the use of equipment and coaching. Please reserve a spot in advance to secure your space.
